Metal Workers/Fabricators

We are currently recruiting for multiple Sheet Metal Workers/Fabricators (with TIG experience) to work for our client based in Washington (NE37) area.

Salary & working hours:

• Monday to Thursday 7:00am – 4:00pm
• Friday 7:00am – 1pm
• Day shift
• £14.50
• Overtime available

Duties:

Working alongside a small, dedicated team of sheet metal workers/fabricators, you will be responsible for, and must have experience in:

• Fabricating jobs to an acceptable quality standard using engineering drawings, works instructions/specifications and Manufacturing Information Documents
• Fabricating bespoke products from mild/stainless steel and aluminium
• Experience of TIG welding

The candidate:

• Must have TIG experience
• Must have a Driving License as required to work across various sites
• Experience using general fabrication workshop equipment
• Able to work individually or within a small team of sheet metal workers / fabricators
• Must have your own tool box/hand tools

Other important information:

• Weld Test will be part of the interview process
• Forklift license would be an advantage
• Must have a Driving License (company vehicle provided)
• Must have TIG experience
• Temp to perm contract
