Job Description
Your role will involve building a pipeline of permanent vacancies through a structured and targeted sales plan, match candidates to the right vacancies and control the interview and placement process. Your duties would include but not be limited to:
· Generating vacancies
· Managing your pipeline
· Sourcing candidates
· Conducting video interviews
· Vacancy management
· Managing client relationships
Person specification
We are looking for recruitment consultants who are experienced in working permanent vacancies. If you’re currently working on a desk where you place permanent candidates, we’d like to talk to you. We want to recruit experienced consultants that want to work for a recruitment business that believes in rewarding great performers with a bonus structure which gives you a greater share of your margin.

Package
We are offering a negotiable salary of £30,000 to £40,000 depending on experience. There is no threshold, you’ll receive a competitive bonus structure. Monday to Thursday 9:00 to 17:00 and Friday we finish at 15:00.
