Role Overview

To prepare, apply, and cure dry powder-coated finishes on metal components and products using powder coating systems and curing ovens, ensuring a high-quality and durable finish in line with company production and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare metal components for powder coating, including; cleaning, masking, sanding and hanging parts.

• Apply dry powder coating to products using electrostatic powder coating equipment.

• Operate curing ovens and ensure correct curing times and temperatures are maintained.

Skills & Experience Required:

• Previous experience in dry powder coating or industrial finishing. • knowledge of powder coating processes and curing procedures. • Strong attention to detail and quality control
