Ground Maintenance
Key Responsibilities
We are currently seeking experienced maintenance worker to work with our client in Blyth. You will be working in a maintenance environment and duties could include;
· Strimming, hedge trimming, weeding and ivy removal
· Replenishing stock in public areas such as toilets
· Litter picking
· Watering of lawns, trees and plants
· Pressure washing of terraces, public spaces and machinery
· Collecting fallen tree branches and other debris
· Awareness of and compliance with Health & Safety requirements and legislation
Skills & Experience Required
• Candidates must have a FULL UK Driving licence as will be using maintenance vehicles
Shift Pattern
Monday to Friday 7.30am start 37 hours per week
