Administration Team Manager

Our client is an established financial services firm who are going through an expansion period due to the everchanging world of financial services. They are looking to add to their ranks by adding a team manager.

 

In this role you will be responsible for a back office team consisting of 2 team leaders and a total of 30 staff overall, ideally you will have 2 to 3 years management experience, utilizing various management techniques in order to adapt to the team’s needs.

 

Duties:

· Oversee and manage the daily administrative operations of the office.

· Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently.

· Provide clerical support, including filing, organizing documents, and maintaining office supplies.

· Coordinate and schedule meetings and appointments.

· Manage office communication channels, including phone calls, emails, and mail distribution – Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and ensure compliance with data protection policies.

· Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and improve overall efficiency.

· Stay up to date with office technology advancements and implement relevant tools or software (e.g. Microsoft Office, Google Suite)

 

Ideal Candidate:

· Proven experience in a leadership role, demonstrating effective leadership and management techniques.

· Be able to inspire and motivate team members.

· Provide effective feedback where necessary.

· Have experience of streamlining processes to be more efficient and effective

· Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

· Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in completing administrative duties.

· Proficient in using office equipment (e.g., printers, scanners) and computer software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, Google Suite)

· Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal

· Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.

· Strong problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to changing priorities.

 

The Package:

· Salary: Circa £30-40K DoE

· OTE earnings up to £6K

· Career progression

· Hybrid working pattern.

· Monday to Friday
