Powder Coater

Role Overview

Staffpower Group are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Powder Coater to join our dynamic team. This role involves applying powder coatings to a variety of components, ensuring high-quality finishes that meet our high standards. You’ll be part of a supportive and friendly team, working in a clean, fast-paced environment where quality and efficiency are key.

Key Responsibilities

· Apply powder coatings to various metal components to achieve a high-quality, durable finish

· Set up, adjust, and operate powder coating equipment

· Perform colour changes, clean down the booth, and switch powders as required

· Manage powder usage efficiently, including reclaim and waste processes

· Carry out routine maintenance on powder coating machinery and equipment

· Maintain excellent housekeeping and safety standards in the working area

Skills & Experience Required

· • 1 year Experience in powder coating – or from a general engineering, fabrication, or manufacturing background (training provided)

· Detail-oriented, with a commitment to producing high-quality work

· Able to work independently and as part of a close-knit team

· Reliable, punctual, and eager to learn new skills and processes

8am – 6.15pm Mon – Thurs
