Residential Support Worker

Staffpower Health Care are looking to recruit residential support staff to work with children in a residential setting in Durham.

Essential experience:

• Applicants must have an NVQ Level 3 (or working towards one)

About the job:

• The children have a wide range of complex needs and vary in age. There may be challenging behaviour, therefore it would be beneficial if you have restraint training.
• You will be assisting in daily activities.
• Full time hours available

About you:

• You will be experienced in working with young people who are at risk from exploitation in the community, who may have additional vulnerabilities and may be at risk of becoming looked after.
• Enhanced DBS
• DRIVING LICENSE AND TRANSPORT IS REQUIRED FOR THIS ROLE.
• Minimum of 1 years’ experience.
• Various shifts are available and will be discussed, salary is paid from £14.50 per hour.
