Temporary Print Account Manager
Company Overview
Working for well-known established print company.
Responsible for managing a portfolio of accounts, coordinating production and ensuring projects are delivered accurately and on time. This role offers plenty of variety, responsibility and cross-department collaboration.
Key Responsibilities
· Growing client and company relationships and accounts
· Identify opportunities to grow accounts and enhance service delivery
· Manage day-to-day relationships with a range of clients, acting as their main point of contact.
· Take detailed job briefs and convert them into orders
· Liaise closely with production, studio, pre-press and logistics teams to ensure smooth workflow.
· Oversee projects from concept to completion, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met.
· Conduct client meetings
· Resolve issues quickly and professionally, maintaining client confidence.
· Prepare quotes, support pricing decisions, and monitor job profitability.
Skills & Experience Required
· Proven experience as an Account Manager (Handler) within the print industry (litho, digital, large format, POS, or similar).
· Strong technical understanding of print processes and production workflows.
· Strong IT skills and confidence working with a variety of systems and software.
· Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
· Highly organised, able to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
· Strong attention to detail with confident problem-solving abilities.
· Experience using MIS/job ticketing systems is beneficial.
· Full clean UK driving licence preferred.
Working Hours
Monday – Friday 9.00am – 5.00 pm
