This week, our team supported a mum and baby during an incredibly important and emotional time. We have now received wonderful feedback from the social worker involved, praising the compassion, flexibility and professionalism shown by our staff throughout the placement.
‘Can you pass on a big thanks to all the staff that have supported mum, she has been really positive about the support she has been offered and called them baby’s second mother and spoke only positively about them. I have also seen how proactive and positive staff have been and a big thank you to Grace who has been fantastic, really supportive and flexible giving the fact things have been changing on a daily basis.’
