Staffpower Training Retains Matrix Accreditation

Staff Power Training has successfully retained the Matrix Standard accreditation, with the assessor confirming that we continue to meet the Standard in full following our review assessment this month.

This is a fantastic achievement and reflects the hard work, dedication and professionalism shown by every member of staff. The assessor spoke to 15 staff members, 13 learners and 3 partners, alongside carrying out an extensive review of our systems, policies, processes and evidence.

Some of the key strengths highlighted in the report include our CRM system, outstanding learner support, strong careers IAG, excellent employer engagement and labour market intelligence, use of learner success stories and significant organisational growth.

Particularly pleasing was the recognition that our impact on learners is “substantial”, especially for those who have previously struggled to secure employment. The report also praised our understanding of regional employment priorities and our ability to design programmes that meet the needs of learners, employers and industry.
