Production Operative

Staffpower Group are currently looking for a number of Production / Assembly Operatives for our client based in Washington who are a leading manufacturer in Plastic Injection Moulding.

Production / Assembly experience is not an essential requirement for this role as training will be given but it is desirable.  If you have manufacturing or warehousing experience, this will be beneficial.

This role is a 3 shift pattern with shift times below;

• Days 6:30am – 3pm at £10.90 per hour
• Backs 2:30pm – 11pm at £11.66 per hour
• Nights 10:30pm – 7am £12.40 per hour
• Overtime rate will be paid at time and a half

The Role:

• Attending start of shift briefings to receive targets for the day
• Using a variety of different hand tools to assemble a variety of products
• Working on a fast paced production line
• Quality inspection
• Packing of products ready for dispatch
• General housekeeping duties and additional duties as and when required
